GCC & GCC High

Email signature management built for GCC and GCC High

Manage and enforce Microsoft 365 email signatures server-side, without Outlook add-ins or endpoint agents. Choose a Sigora-managed deployment or fully Self-Host Sigora inside customer-controlled infrastructure.

Direct support for regulated Microsoft 365

  • Multiple connected Commercial, GCC, and GCC High tenants in one deployment.
  • The same Sigora features and base per-user pricing.
  • No additional per-tenant licensing charge.
  • Managed and Self-Hosted deployment.
  • Microsoft 365 DoD available for technical evaluation.

Why Sigora

A signature platform that does not force GCC High mail through another vendor's cloud

GCC High organizations get the same administrative product experience while retaining a real choice about where Sigora runs and where signature processing occurs.

Direct GCC and GCC High support

Connect regulated Microsoft 365 tenants without a separate or reduced Sigora feature set.

No Outlook plugin required

Server-side enforcement avoids client-specific add-ins and endpoint agents.

Customer-controlled deployment

With Self-Hosted Sigora, processing runs in infrastructure your organization controls. Email does not need to traverse Sigora-operated processing systems to receive a signature.

Limited message custody

Message bodies and attachments are not persistently stored during normal processing.

Deployment choice

Keep signature processing inside your existing controlled environment

SigoraOne Cloud is the simpler operating model. For organizations handling CUI or other controlled information, Self-Hosted Sigora can operate in customer-controlled infrastructure rather than introducing a separate Sigora-operated message-processing service into the mail path.

Available paths

  • Fully managed SigoraOne Cloud deployment.
  • Self-Hosted deployment in customer-controlled infrastructure.
  • Deployment-specific capacity and resilience planning.
Compare responsibility and fit

Compliance context

Architecture can support a compliance program. It cannot replace one.

Organizations can connect Commercial and GCC High tenants to the same Sigora deployment while keeping signature processing in customer-controlled infrastructure where needed. Sigora can support a compliance program; your organization remains responsible for scoping, implementing, documenting, assessing, and authorizing its own controls.

CMMC / NIST note: Using Sigora does not by itself make an organization CMMC compliant or satisfy NIST SP 800-171. Product configuration, deployment, surrounding systems, policies, and evidence all remain part of the customer's compliance responsibility.

FedRAMP / GovRAMP note: Self-Hosted Sigora can be deployed inside customer-controlled infrastructure subject to the customer's own scope, controls, and authorization boundary. Sigora is not FedRAMP or GovRAMP certified, and SigoraOne Cloud is not positioned as an authorized FedRAMP or GovRAMP service.

Microsoft 365 DoD note: Microsoft 365 DoD support is available for technical evaluation and is expected to require Self-Hosted deployment. Fit must be confirmed for the specific environment before production use.
